<proximity> is a magazine devoted to new dance/movement and improvisation practise. It has a focus on Contact Improvisation, movement improvisation and other related forms. <proximity>
relies enitrely on reader contributions and subscriptions. We accept
unsolicited articles. <proximity> is a tool and a resource for those who choose to use it. We hope to encourage polemic and debate within the field of movement/dance and improvisation. We also hope to offer an opportunity for people to articulate their practise/investigations and share their knowledge. We have recently added a podcast section to our site. You will now be able to listen to audio versions of our most recent interviews and other fascinating recordings. For the moment there will only be limited resources online. That is, only some articles/writings will appear on these pages. |
