You will notice in this edition that there is more text and less images. We are always in need of good dance photos, contact or otherwise, and illustrations/drawings. Please, if you have any and wish to see them published then send them in. Thank you to everyone who has been contributing and making this magazine what it is.
You may also like to take note of the deadline for the next edition, one month earlier than usual. This is due to my commitment to the work State of Flux will be undertaking with Nancy Stark Smith at the end of November and into December. While on the topic it is worth pointing out that the Melbourne workshop Nancy will lead is booked out, however there are still places in the workshop she will take in Sydney (correct at time of printing). Contact Helen Clarke Lapin for further details.
Another issue to deal with is that of GST. At present we will absorb the GST cost and consider it as part of the yearly subscription. This of course does not apply to International subscriptions. There will be more information about GST and <proximity> in the next edition. It’s so hard to keep up with all of this stuff.
Finally, if there is anything that you respond to in this magazine please take the time to write down and contribute. This is an open forum for the exchange of information and ideas - if you disagree with anyone, let us know - if you think there’s more to be said, let us know - if you’ve got something to say, let us know - remember, whatever you do, let us know.
